Ed Weber
Chief Executive Officer - Systeme Software Inc.

Ed is the Chief Executive Officer of Systeme Software Inc. Ed began programming professionally in 1988 while working for a local bank in suburban Philadelphia. There he was responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the 12-branch bank-wide network for teller operations and new account management, and to a lesser extent loan processing.

In 1995, Ed went to work for a small software company in Allentown, PA and was assigned the task of writing a program for a client - a program named Cratchit®. Shortly afterward, Ed went to work full-time for the client who owned Cratchit®. When the owners retired they sold the company, lock stock and barrel, to Ed and Patrick, the two chief programmers. In 2003 the name was changed to Systeme Software Inc, but the flagship product Cratchit® remains to this day Systeme's most notable offering.

In his free time Ed likes to visit caves and caverns, is an avid train buff and enjoys gardening, walking & bicycling along local scenic bike routes, and growing orchids.
Patrick Haney
President - Systeme Software Inc.

Patrick joined Systeme Software Inc.'s forebearer, PC Designs, in 1998. Prior to that he worked at Prudential for 7 years as a claims examiner and 3 years as a contestability investigator for long term care and indemnity claims. Patrick is known as the company bulldog who will sit for hours attacking a problem until it is defeated.

In his spare time Patrick enjoys volleyball, tennis, golf and vigorous CrossFit workouts at the local gym. He is an avid music fan who fiddles with the guitar and loves to attend concerts.

He attends the EReg and SILA conferences annually. Patrick has caught the travel bug and enjoys experiencing new places. He has been to San Francisco, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, St. John, Bermuda, Orlando, Florida and his first European adventure, Ireland. His favorite trip was driving from San Diego California to Vancouver British Columbia on the Pacific Coast Highway.

Kathie Haney
Client Services Manager

Kathie joined Systeme Software in March of 2007 as Client Services Manager of the Help Desk. Kathie has 25+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry and currently holds an insurance license in PA. Kathie has been a customer advocate as Consumer Affairs liaison with the state Insurance Departments, and handled executive and media complaint cases. She has extensive Project Management experience and participated in many new product project teams and implementations.

Most recently she was the Client Services Manager in the Employer Accounts division managing 750+ employer clients where her duties included meeting with potential clients, managing all client customer issues, planning and traveling for member enrollment meetings, and creation and distribution of informative newsletters to employer clients.

Kathie has five children, four daughters and a son, and 8 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, sewing and quilting, reading mysteries, bicycling, camping, and working in her vegetable garden.
