How can I get my company set up to use Cratchit LTX™?

How many people can use Cratchit LTX™ at one time?

There is no limit to the number of users you can have under your account.

If I need to add a new user or delete an existing user, what do I do?

For security reasons only Systeme Software staff can add or remove a user for your account. We recommend you call us if you need help with users.

I have staff in several different locations. Can they all use Cratchit LTX™ at the same time?

Yes. Since our programs are web-based your users can access your account from any internet-capable computer in the world.

My company uses a Virtual Private Network (VPN). Will this interfere with my ability to use Cratchit LTX™?

Not at all. Many of our clients use VPNs especially if they have employees who work from home.

My agents don't like giving their social security numbers. What can I tell them?

We only ask for the social security number when a transaction is requested for a state that requires it. Social security numbers are never displayed on the screen and are stored in an encrypted form on our server until the transaction has been processed, then they are removed. Your agents' personal information is safe and secure with Cratchit LTX™. If they are still hesitant give us a call. We may be able to help you.

We just joined forces with a new insurance carrier and I have to appoint all of their agents in the states where we do business. Can you help me?

Absolutely. Give us a call and we'll work through the details with you.

We stopped offering products in a state and I need to terminate all of our agents there. Can you help me?

We sure can. Contact us and we'll work with you to complete the necessary terminations.

Can you help me with the appointment renewals for my company?

Yes. We'll set it up so that we monitor the appointment renewals for your company and notify you when any action is needed on your part.

Is Cratchit LTX™ available on weekends and holidays?

Cratchit LTX™ is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. We schedule system maintenance for nights and weekends whenever possible to minimize service interruptions.

How do you handle billing?

We bill you monthly, by email, for all transactions and PDB related items. Fees collected by the states are paid by us and we will bill you periodically for those. For license tracking, call for more information. For your convenience we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT).
